🏢 Job Details

Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 days per week
Week-Off: Rotational
Shifts: Rotational day, evening and night shifts, depending on the process
Process: Domestic Customer Voice Support
Process Type: Inbound / Outbound, depending on the requirement

Shift Preference

Female Candidates: Morning and afternoon shifts only, subject to process requirements. may be assigned any shift between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Male Candidates: Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, depending on the process. may be assigned any shift within the 24/7 working window (7:00 AM–7:00 AM)

Note - Night shift is only for male candidates

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Candidates should have proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Maithili, or Bhojpuri can apply. Candidates with basic to good English communication skills may also be considered, depending on the process and language requirement.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, wherever applicable.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office at the assigned location.
